Hong Kong Biotech Horizon 2017 – “Global Congress on Biotechnology: Diagnostics and Therapeutics”, Hong Kong

Hong Kong Biotech Horizon 2017 – “Global Congress on Biotechnology: Diagnostics and Therapeutics” will be held during 22-25th November 2017 (Wed-Sat) at the Hong Kong Science and Technology Park (HKSTP).

HKBIO is a non-profit organization committed to encouraging biotechnology and promoting scientific achievements in Hong Kong and China. Hong Kong Biotech Horizons are event-series run by HKBIO with the objective of bringing together communities of scientific researchers, technology developers and entrepreneurs towards progress in translational science. The event series typically comprise of conference symposia and public talks engaging the public community and raising awareness of the importance of science in society.

This year’s Hong Kong Biotech Horizon aims to promote Hong Kong as a ‘super-connector’ and an innovation hub with biotech focus; to create a vibrant ecosystem spanning government, biotech industries, research sectors and academia through information exchange over multidisciplinary aspects of biotechnology in Asia Pacific; and to provide a business platform for business partnering as a means to transition Hong Kong into the Asian biomedical technology hub.
