Japan’s AP Company Co Ltd unveiled its first Tsukada Nojo restaurant in Hong Kong.
Tsukada Nojo restaurant boasts innovative dishes with freshly imported ingredients from its farms and partner farms in Japan.
Tsukada Nojo is located at Ocean Terminal in Tsim Sha Tsui. The restaurant’s name is derived from the company’s own poultry farm in Japan. One of its signature dishes is called “Beauty Pot”, which is made of organic chicken and long-stewed collagen-rich chicken stock from its farm.
In Hong Kong Tsukada Nojo will only use free range poultry from its own farm and partner farms in Japan, but will also use vegetables grown by local Hong Kong farmers, according to the Director of AP Company Co Ltd, Mr Masashi Kamatani.
He said, “Hong Kong customers are becoming more health conscious and always look for high quality Japanese food. As they know the source of our ingredients is reliable, they will naturally feel safer and more confident dining at our restaurant.”
“As a culinary capital Hong Kong has a big appeal for thousands of restaurants and top chefs. Together with its sophisticated food and beverage market, I believe the city is an important location for our brand’s ongoing expansion in the region.”
Associate Director-General of Investment Promotion Dr Jimmy Chiang said, “Hong Kong people love Japanese food, and the city has a great number of visitors from around the world. It is an ideal place for restaurants to showcase their innovative and exciting food concept and culture.”
