Right brain learning is said to be able to help children absorb new information quickly and easily. The Henmi Educational General Laboratory methodology was first developed in Japan about 30 years ago, and the brand later developed into a worldwide network with its education centres spanning 11 countries and regions today.

The Heguru Education Hong Kong Centre chief, Mr Tam Kin-son, said, “We are proud to open our first centre in Hong Kong to share our successful experience from around the world. Hong Kong is a very dynamic city. Providing the best education and development for children is a top priority among parents. We can see huge opportunities here and believe our programme can help bring out the best from the children.”

He added that the Hong Kong centre has four staff and is planning to recruit more staff to cope with its possible expansion to Kowloon and the New Territories in the next two years.

Associate Director-General of Investment Promotion Dr Jimmy Chiang said, “Learning centres targeting various aspects at different age groups are very popular in Hong Kong, due to the huge demand from parents who want the best development for their children. We believe that the opening of the first Heguru Education centre in Hong Kong will add more choices for parents.”
