FEHD Issued Practical Guide on Take-away Meal and Meal Delivery Services
The Food & Environmental Hygiene Department (FEHD) released a practical guide laying down the general hygiene and food safety guidelines for the handling and delivery of meals for food premises, online food platforms, food delivery agents and food deliverers to observe. Furthermore, Centre for Food Safety has also released “Takeaways and Meal Delivery: Food Safety Advice for Food Businesses and Consumers” to assist the food trade in implementing appropriate food safety measures in their operations.
